Crunchy Cool Vegetable Salad

Preparation
1. Peel the cucumbers, and then slice into pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Next, chop the red onion, and add to the bowl with the sliced cucumbers.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes to desired width, and add to the bowl with cucumbers and onions.
4. Mix all vegetables together lightly, but so they are evenly dispersed.
5. Add the 1/4 cup of Annie's Natural's Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette to the bowl. Mix well.
