Organic Baby Spinach, Strawberry & Pecan Salad

Preparation
1. Place 8 ounces baby spinach, 1/2 cup of pecans, 2 cups of strawberries and cheese of your choice in a bowl.
2. Toss ingredients together until evenly dispersed.
3. To make dressing, place 1/4 cup MarDona Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons MarDona Organic Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a sprinkle of dry mustard in an empty, clean bottle or jar. Mix together dressing by shaking the bottle or jar.
4. Place salad in a bowl, add dressing as desired, and enjoy!
