Nutty Oatmeal Mini Cookies

Preparation
1. Line a baking pan or plate with wax paper.
2. Place 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Organic Salted Butter, and 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of agave nectar in a pot.
3. Melt ingredients in the pot over low heat until well mixed together.
4. Add the ground walnuts, ground almonds to the mixture and stir.
5. Add the quick oats to the pot, and stir until mixed together.
6. Transfer mixture to wax paper, each mini cookie being 1 tablespoon.
7. Chill, and enjoy!
