This product is a bit deceiving, but I would still buy it again. I thought it would be a jam packed bowl full of food, that would keep me full for hours (especially with the high fiber and protein content!) However, my ravenous stomach felt like it was being cheated once I removed the bowl from the microwave and found not as much food as I had expected. Nonetheless, it was still really tasty. There were layers of tortillas, sauce, beans and what seemed like an endless amount of corn (corn lovers rejoice!). It had the appropriate amount of salt, and was fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed the bowl, I just wish that there was more of it. However, I left feeling more full than I thought I would, and was quite pleased.
