18 ounces Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon 2 slices Nature's Pride Whole Wheat Bread (made into crumbs with food processor) 1/2 teaspoon Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning 1/5 second spray Pam Organic Olive Oil Spray 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning 1 tablespoon MarDona Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites 3 tablespoons Spectrum Organic Mayonnaise


1. Place 2 slices of Nature’s Pride Whole Wheat Bread in food processor until crumb like consistency. 2. Mix together salmon, bread crumbs, liquid egg whites, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a bowl. 3. Form mixture into 6 patties. 4. Heat MarDona Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 5. Place patties in oil, cook until golden brown on both sides. If patties begin to fall apart or look dry, use some of the Pam Organic Olive Oil Spray. 6. Let slightly cool, and enjoy!
