Natural Fish Tacos

You can almost feel the ocean breezes when you bite into these delightful fish tacos, flavored with a touch of lime juice.

Ingredients

1/4 tsp seasoning salt 2 medium avocados peeled and pitted 1 lb mahi-mahi fillet (or other white fish) 1 medium tomatoe diced 2 large onions 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped 8 fajita-sized flour tortillas (7-8" diameter) 1 tbsp lime juice 1 small onion diced 1 cup chunky salsa

Preparation

Preheat pan to medium. Coat with nonstick spray and add mahi-mahi fillets. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and sauté until cooked through—about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Remove and slice into 3-4 inch strips. Set aside.

While fish is cooking, mash avocados. Add onions and tomatoes, mixing well. Add lime juice and cilantro.

Place two tortillas each on four plates. Layer 1 to 2 strips of mahi-mahi on each tortilla, top with ¼ guacamole mixture and 2 tbsp salsa. Fold and serve.
