Preparation
Gather all ingredients. First, take cauliflower, brocolli and steam for 4-5 minutes until slightly soft. Scoop fresh mozzarella into small balls. After veggies are steamed, take all vegetables, olives and cheese and toss together in a large salad bowl.
For dressing: Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in cup sized container. Add 1/2 glove garlic, dash of dill, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Shake and toss with salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
