Ingredients

32 oz Kitchen Basics Turkey or Chicken Stoc 1 cup left over turkey meat cut into 1/2 pieces 2 cups combined carrots, brocoli, celery, asparagus (any combination) 1 each glove garlic 1 pinch parsley, thyme and marjoram to taste

Preparation

In a large pot, bring stock, vegetables and herbs to a boil. Add some of the remaining turkey meat from your holiday meal. Serve over rice, noodles, or even leftover mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
