Ingredients

6 each Diestel Turkey Breast Tenderloins 1/3 cup Roland organic Dijon Mustard 2 Tbs dry white wine such as Barra of Mendocino 3/4 Cup Ians Natural Food whole wheat bread crumbs 1/2 Cup Organic Valley natural parmesan cheese 2 Tbs melted Horizon Butter

Preparation

Mix together mustard and wine, set aside. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and butter. Dip turkey breast into mustard mixture and then into crumb mixture. Place on a lightly oiled shallow pan so pieces are not touching. Bake at 500º F for approximately 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink inside.
