Tuscan Turkey Vegetable Soup

Preparation
In a large saucepan cook onion, garlic and turkey in oil until onion is
tender. Add broth and undrained tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Add
green beans; heat through. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese. Serve with whole wheat
dinner rolls or bread sticks, if desired.
