Turkey Fettuccine with Tomatoes

Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Cook
onion with butter in medium saucepan until tender. Add well-drained tomatoes, broth
andcayenne. Bring to boil; cook until liquid is almost gone, stirring occasionally. Bring
cream to boil in small saucepan; cook until reduced by about half. Stir into tomato mixture.
Bring to boil; reduce heat. Stir in turkey, peas, basil and cheese. Toss cooked fettuccine
with sauce. Serve with additional cheese and fresh basil, if desired.
