Ingredients

2 cups egg-free elbow noodles 1 each stalk celery, chopped 1/2 each cucumber, chopped 1/3 cup egg-free, light canola mayonnaise 1 tsp dry parsley 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp celery seed 1 dash salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool, and place in a mixing bowl. Mix in the celery and cucumber. Add the mayonnaise and other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve cold.
