The minute I tasted this cookie I knew it was good- it was one of those "wow this is good" moments. One of the best peanut butter cookies I have ever tasted- period. It was soft, with little oats dispersed throughout the cookie. It was sweet, yet still peanut buttery, which I really liked. Sometimes I find cookies that are peanut butter tasting to be way too sweet, resulting in the peanut butter flavor disappearing completely. With this cookie, although it was just a TINY BIT too sweet, it still had a good savory peanut butter flavor, and was just plain good. My favorite part was the little "chunks" of peanut butter that were in the cookie- can we say, delicious? Needless to say, I would definitely eat this again.
