Penny's fudgey creation reminded me of a firm, yet dense brownie that was cut out of the corner of the pan. It is somewhat crumbly and will break apart, but with each bite that you place within your mouth (trust me, you'll be excited by this point), the crumbly and dense cookie transforms into a fudgy delight with a smooth and creamy truffle-like mouth feel. The dense, good-sized cookie is enjoyable and very chocolate-y.
