Nothing to me is more comforting and delicious than a good scoop of peanut butter. I was especially pleased when I was given the opportunity to try the Organic American Classic Creamy Peanut Butter by Once Again Nut Butter. The first thing I was excited about was that the front of the jar said "No Stirring Needed"- normally I find myself enjoying the natural types of peanut butters, which often have a layer of oil on the top. This means I usually cannot enjoy it the day I open it, because I have to stir it and leave it in the fridge to thicken up. Not the case here! Upon opening the jar, I noticed a thick peanut butter, without a trace of oil separation. Nice! It smelled very fresh and peanut-ty, which was a plus. The taste was quite fantastic as well. Thick and rich, and there was a bit of a sweet aftertaste. I do wish there was a tad bit more of salty flavor, as it was quite mild, but it was still quite good. Overall, I would eat this again. I love that it's organic and didn't have any oil separation, so I didn't have to wait for it to thicken up to enjoy it. It certainly was a very pure and fresh tasting peanut butter!
