OK, so they say that grass fed meat tastes different and it does indeed. This amazingly lean burger from Rocky Mountain Grass Fed Organics is sweet (yes sweet!) juicy and succulent, without the fat that everyone seems to want in their beef (but WHY, I want to know?) Totally tastes different than what I am used to, but I am convinced that this is how ground beef tasted 100 years ago, without anything but GRASS and the great outdoors to nourish it. I am sorry that we have all been trained to the taste of oat and corn fed burgers-- (um, yes, I know they're cows) 'cause that ain't no good for you. This stuff rocks and even though was perfect bare, I did eat it with Roland Organic Extra Strong Dijon Mustard (fab). Instead of a bun, used my carbs up on Mary's Gone Crackers Sticks & Twigs (also Organic) for a delicious dinner while watching the Derby.
