Penny's White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie was quite the cookie. What I liked immediately was the size- it was a rather thick cookie, and was decently sized, rather than bite size. Upon taking a bite of this cookie, I was certainly happy. It reminded me of a oatmeal raisin cookie, but instead of raisins had sweet, not tart, cranberries. I was actually happy that the cranberries were not tart, as I usually am not a fan of cranberries at all. To accompany the already awesome flavor is the absolute best part of the cookie- the white chocolate chips. They were awesome! Very sweet, with a slight "crunch" to them, they really added great flavor and an unexpected twist on this cookie. One other thing I did notice was that the cookie itself had a "fruity" taste to it- I would guess that it's because the ingredients include "dried plum puree", because that is sort of what I thought it tasted like- dried plums, or even a slight fig taste.
