These potatoes were really delicious, and easy to make. They were smooth and thick, and has visible flecks of pepper and pieces of red potatoes. They were a tad pasty, but still enjoyable. There was overall a cheesy and garlicky flavor, with a black pepper flavor as well. I actually think the black pepper was a bit strong, but not too bad that I wouldn't eat this again. The flavor was very rich, and they were a bit salty as well. Overall, very delicious, and something I would certainly eat again.
