Lovemuffins, I have to be honest with y’all: the past few days I just haven’t feel inclined to blog. I’m not sure why or if this is a good or a a bad thing. Regardless, I’m going with it. What does this mean for the future of PB&Jenny? Eh, not much other than posting will be super random and sporadic. I may be back tomorrow, I may be back next week, I may be back in 10 minutes, but trust me - I will always be back. Especially when there is food like this to be revealed…
One thing that I love about my job is that I get off at 3:00, which leaves ample time for PRIME afternoon snackage
Faux frosty topped with raspberry galaxy granola and a brie and raspberry fillo roll.
I’m pretty sure these fillo rolls are, in fact, the key to world peace and can probably make blind men see. Yes, they’re that good.
Go buy these. If you can’t find them, go make them. You can thank me later.
What’s your favorite pairing for good cheese? I wish I could come up with a more gourmet answer but I am an avid lover of simple cheese and crackers. This is why I will never have my own show on food network.

Alright, beautiful people, I am off to make some dinner! I just successfully “butterflied” my first chicken and am off to stuff it with some hummus, cheese, and coat it in flaxseed meal. KFC who?
