A whole pint of this ice cream replacement- 150 calories? No way- or should I say, "whey"! The second ingredient is "whey protein concentrate", instead of say, cream or milk, so the fat and the calories are quite low. I took a spoonful of this stuff not really knowing what to expect. At first, I wasn't a fan. It was icy, almost like a sherbet, but harder. It had a very artificial maple flavor with a funky, yet sweet aftertaste. Then as I kept eating, it grew on me. I ate it with some granola, which helped me enjoy it even more, and called it a day.
