Normally a granola bar girl myself, the Raw Crunch Bar with Organic Blueberries certainly was something a bit different. I usually opt for bars that are mostly granola, with a bit of nuts, chocolate chips, or pieces of fruit mixed in. This bar? Not quite the same. When I opened the bar, I saw that there were TONS of seeds! Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds- pretty much every type of seed I could think of! It was a rectangular bar, and actually a decent size. As for the taste? It was actually really quite good! I thought there was a strong pumpkin/sunflower seed flavor, and overall was both slightly sweet and slightly salty. As for the blueberries, they were actually the best part! There was a good amount of small blueberries, which were not plump like I usually see in stores, but rather had a dried blueberry appearance. They were sweet, and sort of reminded me of the types of blueberries that come in muffin mixes or pancakes!
Overall, I can see myself eating this again. It certainly was unique, and tasty, and I loved that it only had 10 grams of carbohydrates per bar.
