One of the things I love is Sea Salt. I love using it in recipes, or even just a little for some extra flavor. I was especially pleased when I tried Garlic Gold Sea Salt Nuggets. These organic nuggets combined the great flavors of salt and garlic, all in one. The overall color was a paleish brown, and it looked like a combination of brown pieces and little pieces of salt. The texture was slightly chewy, as if each piece had a bit of a bite to them. The flavor was really good. I tried this on top of some steamed broccoli, and was really impressed. A great overall flavor, and a great blend of strong garlic and sea salt. I also found that only a little was needed. A serving size of .5 of a teaspoon may seem small, but I really did not need to use a lot for my meal in order to get a good flavor. I would imagine this would be an awesome addition to homemade garlic bread as well- a loaf of bread, a little bit of all natural butter, and then some Garlic Gold Sea Salt Nuggets on top, all together toasted. Delicious!
