Clif Bar Peanut Butter Pretzel Mojo Bar- in a word, AWESOME! What drew me in to buy it was the name- "Peanut Butter Pretzel". What's making me continue to buy it? The phenomenal taste! Seriously, this bar is a winner. It has soy rice crisp pieces, peanut butter chips, peanuts, and as if that wasn't enough, peanut butter FILLED pretzels, all in one tasty bar. Everything is held together by a sweet syrup, I would assume organic brown rice syrup as that is the first listed ingredient, which is really quite tasty. Yes, it is sweet, but not overpoweringly so. It holds everything together loosely, as in I can pull it apart, but it didn't FALL apart super easily. The soy rice crisp pieces have a little crunch, and were chewy. The peanut butter chips and the peanut butter filled pretzels were my favorite part! The peanut butter chips were small, but sweet and melted in my mouth. The peanut butter filled pretzels were also small, but tasty, and helped add a salty flavor. I couldn't believe how delicious this bar was. I TOTALLY agree with the "Sweet & Salty" part listed on the front of the wrapper. I know I will continue to buy and eat this, it's just too good to pass up. A lot of peanut butter flavor, for only 200 calories, and with 10 grams of protein!
