I eat a lot of canned chicken because my family never cooks! It's easy, and reliable. When I first opened the organic canned chicken, I saw no difference between it and regular canned chicken. The chicken greatly resembled tuna fish. Many might be turned off by this fact, but considering how good regular canned looks, I was willing to eat it. It tasted very similar to non-organic canned chicken, except it was a bit drier. I wish it had been a bit juicier. However, I liked the fact that it was really salty. I think that is what kept me eating it. The saltiness definitely outweighted the dryness. I took off two points because of the dryness. Other good points is that it is low in fat and calories. In fact the whole can is only 120 Calories with a whopping 13 grams of protein. The zip top makes it super easy to pack for an on the go lunch or snack, especially if you are trying to watch your weight. Only 2 Weight Watchers points! Wow. Give it a try.
