Well, another winner from NuGo Nutritionals. I love this bar also, perhaps because I am a chocoholic. But, I am not really a bar lover because of all the extra additives and chemicals many bars put in them. Most are also loaded with calories as well. But, NuGo makes this a high protein (11g), medium calorie (170) chocolate charmer good to eat and good for you too. I ate it for my mid morning snack, and frankly even though it was 3 Weight Watchers points (r) I found it filling enough to get me through to lunch--I skipped dessert to make up for the calories.
