After one bite of this granola I knew I was in love. The sweetness, the crunchiness, and the flavorfulness of it, make it addicting and a thrill to eat. Unfortunately, this addiction may not be so great considering the high calories it contains. Don’t let this deter you however; it also has tons of fiber, whole grains and flax seeds, which are all beneficial to your health. I highly recommend Nature’s Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Granola, but in small doses. Try adding a little to your morning cereal or a bowl of yogurt.
