This wine got a disappointing “3”. It felt quite sour and flat. Some said it tasted a bit like apple cider—albeit a bit stronger. It is still drinkable and because its all natural and apparently is made in harmony with nature, can at least generate a lively discussion at your Easter / Passover table. (as long as you are not strictly KOSHER!)
