There’s nothing like waking up to a delicious breakfast with a side of stress.
Breakfast
Okay I lied. I’m definitely still going to be using paper plates — I just really hate doing dishes.
Pumpkin protein pudding with rolled oats and a side of berries, pretzels, and a glob of almond butter
Stress
I could do without the latter.
Today I’m registering for my Fall 2011 classes and naturally, an issue had to arise. Life would just be too easy if it didn’t.
This image has been haunting my all morning.
Yep, only one spot available for one of the Education courses that I need to take. Can someone just please tell me how my school rationalizes only offering one class with 7 people for a course that all Secondary Education majors have to take?
While I’m sure it’s not that big of a deal and I can probably just take it in the Spring, I am notorious for getting overly stressed and anxious about the simplest problems. So, I shall spend the rest of the morning digesting aforementioned yummy breakfast, and refreshing my registration page until I can register at 12:00pm.

Have you been stressed about anything a of late? I hope I hear a resounding no from all of you
How do you handle stress? Do you get overly anxious or are you usually able to remain calm? You’d think with all the yoga I do I’d be totally zen and know how to channel my stress through breathing and meditation. Not at all. My roommate Meg is the queen of calm, cool, and collected though and I ADORE her for that. She just allows life to happen and goes with the flow – it’s so refreshing! I wish tranquility was contagious.

Wishing you a peaceful and stress-free day, my friends!
