the bee hive

Normally I hate wearing my hair pulled back. I feel a lot more feminine and much prefer having my large and in charge hair flowing free in the wind, Fabio style.
I’m a little uncomfortable with how similar we look.
However, working in a restaurant I’m obliged to rock an up do which, more often than not, usually ends up as a giant bee hive plastered on the top of my head.
Works for Mulan. For me? Not so much.
Though I the bee hive look probably helps me in terms of raking in tips from customers, as they hope and pray I use their generosity to pursue a hair stylist or, perhaps, a comb, I think it’s time I sophisticated my look a bit.
I browsed google images for “casual hair up do” and came across some incredibly lovely prom-esque looks.
Unfortunately I’m a complete dud when it comes to hair styling and have yet to adopt Ken Pavis as my new best friend. So, for now… I call to you sweet blogging friends.
What are your favorite quick and easy hair dos?

I just polished off a fabulous breakfast and now it’s time to head off to work.

pancakes, chocolate pudding, almonds, strawbs, bloobs.
See ya later, lurveees!
