G’MORNING MUFFINS!
I’m sure y’all were so stressed yesterday wondering what the deal was with my Pysch exam woes. No? That was just me? Oh. Anyway, my teacher did end up letting us take the test again. Phew.
Note to self: Things always have a way of working themselves out. Stop losing the faith!

A few days ago I bought a ton of mason jars for storing all of my baking flours/sauces/etc. and realized that they were just perfect for some prime breakfast layering action as well.

- rolled oats + wheat germ cooked in almond milk
- vanilla chobani + chia seeds
- raspberries
and, naturally, bloobs and a dollop of PB were consumed as well but wouldn’t fit in to the jar.

I think this breakfast probably tasted really good, but I’m not sure.

My allergies have been absolutely ridiculous as of late and I can’t smell or taste a thing. It’s funny, eating is just not nearly as enjoyable when you can’t taste it. Hmphhh.
Seriously though, is it just me or is the pollen count outrageous this year? I can’t remember ever feeling this congested and stuffy! and my eyes, oh, my eyes. I try so hard not to start itching them because I know once I start, I won’t stop. Kind of like eating Pringles, I suppose.

Are you allergic to anything? I’m not sure if I’m actually allergic to peaches and apples, but I find every time I eat them my throat gets scratchy. Not that it stops me from eating them…
