Amy’s 4-cheese frozen pizza was a most pleasant surprise. The cheese stretched and strung from the crispy-gold crust to my mouth. The sauce was less salty than a restaurant/delivery pizza, and the crust was crisp and light to the touch and taste. In short, it was a scrumptious way to end my Friday, including some of my favorite cheeses: fontina, provolone, parmesan and mozzarella. But first, I should explain the nature of my situation preceding the pizza’s consumption. I cooked it in the oven (pan-less, for crispiness) at 495 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. I was very hungry and impatient at the time, and was not at all expecting it to be worth it. But it was! There was something gourmet about it without the heavy feeling. It tasted healthy, but in a fresh way and not a bland one (meaning taste and texture was intact). The crust is made from organic flour, the sauce from organic tomatoes, and it is all-natural, proving that organic and all natural is worth it!
