Pizza. A true comfort food in my eyes. But how often do the all natural or organic brands taste just as good as other types of pizza? Well, I hoped Amy's Kitchen would not let me down when it came to pizza, and they certainly did not.
The Single Serve Margherita Pizza seemed small, but after cooking it I realized it was actually quite a decent size for one. Thick globs of mozzarella cheese accompanied fresh tasting tomato sauce and a doughy, chewy crust. The crispy edges of the crust were absolutely delicious- I broke off a piece and watched the soft bread pull apart quite nicely. Although the front of box claims a "thinner crust", it was actually quite thick- and certainly enjoyable. I paired this with some steamed broccoli and felt like I was eating at a gourmet restaurant. Really delicious.
