Reminiscent of pizza from my elementary school cafeteria, Amy’s Cheese Pizza is not my favorite of Amy’s pizzas. When cooked in the oven, the crust turns out very nice: both crispy and chewy. If you choose to cook it in the microwave, you may risk sacrificing texture for convenience. The crust turns out a bit soggy, but the taste remains the same. The cheese is a bit mundane, but I praise the natural tomato flavor of the sauce and that, unlike restaurant pizzas, the saltiness was replaced by a fresh vegetable taste. The crust is made from organic flour, the sauce from organic tomatoes and the ingredients are all natural, but you can’t tell a difference by taste. I think children would love this, but it is no gourmet. It has a simple taste and it is the perfect size for one person or to share with a friend as a snack.
