After cooking them in the oven, I noticed that they were quite dense, and not as airy as I had suspected. I also liked that they were not super greasy. They had a pure, lightly sweet sweet potato flavor, with a soft inside and crispy outside. I liked that they cooked evenly too- no soggy spots or burnt edges. One thing I did miss was the salt! I like that they were low in sodium, but I really actually missed the salt! Otherwise, these were pretty tasty fries. They will certainly make an appearance in my grocery cart to buy again!
