Why did my breakfast this morning consist primarily of veggies?
Just because I’m saving my fruit quota for dinner (just wait!)
Why did I need to add about a cup of milk to my coffee this morning?
Just because I was forced to use a packet of instant coffee which recommends adding 6oz of water. This is precisely just enough coffee for a two year old.
Why did I follow up aforementioned coffee with 3 cups of caffeinated green tea?
Just because I have a “job interview” of sorts today and I need to be on top of my A game!
Why did I spread my toast with yogurt rather than the most obvious jam, hummus, butter, etc?
Just because I am obsessed with this yogurt and I will take any opportunity I can to incorporate it in to every meal that I can.
Why did Gingie’s mom give me this BEAUTIFUL mug last night?
Just because…
…that’s it! When I asked what the generous gift was for her response: “Just because…”
although I can think of several reasons why she may have given this to me.
Just because…she’s so incredbily generous and thoughtful
Just because…she knows my passion for dishware and coffee
Just because…she wants to be featured on the blog 
So, reason #43894830 why I’m dating Gingie?
Just because… I adore his mom!
