The Only Natural Food Diet: Day 8

So, you may have noticed that day 6 & day 7 are missing from this post. Yes, you may indeed. And you know why? Because I DIDN'T track! Yes, that would be why and I have to say, most likely the reason why I keep taking on and putting off the weight. Very frustrating-- because once the weekend comes, and a weekend that's warm, well, it all goes to ga-ga, (and I don't mean lady ga-ga). But anyway, I'm kind of back on track with the exception of eating half a bag of salt and cracked pepper Deep River Snacks which were, I have to say AWE-friggin' SOME, but my travel partner felt they were a little hard for his taste. Other than that, I had the usual breakfast, chips were accompanied by a half a baguette, some cheese and procioutto (hell, I was traveling and couldn't do much else in the South Norwalk train station.
