The Only Natural Food Diet: Day 4- How Kendra Lost 10 LBS in 10 Days

Well, I wasn't even going to post this morning, but I picked up a copy of OK magazine BECAUSE it featured how Kendra Wilson lost 10 pounds in 10 days--her EASY diet and I was like, yeah baby. I'm going on THAT diet. So as I ate my usual (Dannon Coffee Yogurt, raisins and Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain (1 TBSP) I'm reading the magazine and her diet is like 700 or 800 calories! That is not only impossible for most humans who actually eat, but really, really UNHEALTHY. So, now I feel like I've not only wasted my $2.99, but duped again but headlines. (Well, not really because I found out Simon set a date). BTW my breakfast was about 214 calories-- that Ezekiel really fills you up!
