When life hands you lemons snow….take pictures of it!
I don’t remember what she was saying but she looks beautiful saying it 
They look so “Sex-in-the-city-ish”…minus the skyscrapers, congested streets, and honking cars. Okay, maybe they just look fab.
After walking through the white covered trails for awhile (aka, until our toes were frozen. aka, 10 minutes), the girls and I treated ourselves to a well-deserved Trader Joe’s run.
Guess what?! I didn’t buy ANYTHING! I suppose the fact that I didn’t have my wallet also helped, but I like to tell myself that I have incredible will power.
Instead, I lived vicariously through Natalie and made her get everything that I wanted.
The adventures had me starving, so I came home and dined on a whole wheat English muffin with almond butter and a mountain of carbs.

Now I’m just doing some reading for the week before dinner! I’m going to try out a new recipe tonight involving cheese and pumpkin. Any guesses?
