I’m really disappointed in myself for this breakfast.
Looks good enough, right? (Actually, I wasn’t thrilled with my presentation and plating but that’s another story)
I made Little Miss Healthify’s oat flour pancakes (sans the raisins. I’m not much of a fan – crazy, huh?) with a side of berries and topped with PF sauce.
Do we notice anything missing here?
Where for art thou nut butter?
Le sigh. Somehow I allowed myself to run out (though I think my Dad used the last of my Teddie’s to make a PB&J sandwich for lunch) I wasn’t planning on going to the grocery store today, as I went yesterday and Monday, but I deem this to be a case of emergency.
That being said, the pancakes were seriously awesome. I have a feeling this is a beginning of a beautiful friendship between Mr. Oat Flour and I.
